Brooklands 1931 June Inter-Club Meeting.
The JCC, formerly the Cyclecar Club, catered for light cars, defined as either 4 seater’s weighing no more than 15cwt, or 2 seater’s weighing up to 13cwt. Engine size limit for all members was 1500cc (and 1100cc for 2-stroke powered vehicles).
Frazer Nash competition cars of that era, such as MV 158, performed very well in these inter club races, being both lightweight and relatively powerful.
5 lap Handicap won by HJ Aldington in MV 158. Outer Circuit lap at 91.72mph
